Design background
-
As a Hi-Fi enthusiast, I noticed many music lovers enjoy outdoor social gatherings. Performers, such as street artists and small bands, need high-quality sound systems for their performances, but they lack the dedicated teams that major stars have for stage setups.
-
Performers often need to carry various equipment, including cables for connecting instruments.
-
Current market options for performance speakers fail to meet high standards, especially Hi-Fi standards.
-
The human ear's audible frequency range is 20Hz to 20kHz. To achieve low frequencies of 20Hz with high volume and low distortion, a bass driver of at least 12 inches is required. For excellent dynamics, a 15-inch driver is preferable.
-
Traditional Hi-Fi speakers are large, require professional amplifiers, are heavy, and inconvenient for transport or performance use.
-
Past speakers were standalone units without the capability to be interconnected for a combined sound output, unlike dedicated stage sound systems that can form arrays. This limits the utilization of all speakers, lacking professional experience and fun.
Design description
The design is inspired by the structure of atoms and other particles, using soft lines to create a robust shell. Its appearance remains cohesive whether in combined or separated modes, featuring a unique array style.
In addition to the standard atomic grille, users can choose to design their own decorative grille, making the product more tailored to their preferences.
